Buscamos un/a Analista Senior de Seguridad e Higiene para sumarse al equipo de la planta Moreno, encargado/a de garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad en las áreas productivas y no productivas, y de fortalecer la cultura de prevención dentro de la organización.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Responsabilidades principales
- Realizar el seguimiento de rondas de seguridad en áreas productivas y no productivas.
- Investigar incidentes y accidentes, identificando causas raíz y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
- Validar el sistema de gestión de seguridad de la planta.
- Analizar indicadores de seguridad del sector.
- Participar en proyectos y capacitaciones del área.
- Recorrer constantemente la planta, realizando relevamientos de niveles y verificaciones de campo (incluye trabajo en altura y con escaleras).
Requisitos
- Estudiantes avanzados o profesionales recibidos en la Licenciatura de Seguridad e Higiene.
- Manejo de Excel.
- Experiencia en Plantas Productivas y/o Manufactura (deseable).
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en el área (preferentemente 5 años).
- Habilidades de comunicación sólidas, orientadas a generar y sostener la cultura de seguridad en planta.
