About the role
As our Master Data Manager, you'll support the Retail Portfolio Management & Insights team through a significant period of business transformation. 

In this 12–14-month fixed-term contract, you'll initially help manage operational workload created by new assortment management tools and evolving processes, ensuring data accuracy and business continuity. 

You'll then step into a maternity cover position, taking ownership of master data activities that support product launches, licensed goods, and e-commerce operations. It's an opportunity to contribute to meaningful process improvements while helping shape more efficient and scalable ways of working.

Required Experience 

• Managed large product or master data sets while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality.
• Applied advanced Excel and data management techniques to support reporting, analysis, and operational processes.
• Used SAP or a comparable enterprise resource planning platform within retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Built reporting solutions using Power BI to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Improved workflows through process automation or efficiency-focused initiatives.

Life on the team

You'll join the Merchandising: Range & Assortment team, helping enable successful product launches and strong retail execution. The team works closely with colleagues across the organisation and offers exposure to global stakeholders, complex product portfolios, and transformation programmes. What success looks like

Success means becoming a trusted partner who independently manages key master data activities while maintaining exceptional quality. You'll help the team navigate evolving systems, support more automated and scalable processes, and contribute to improvements in product launch and licensed goods operations. Along the way, you'll work closely with Product Launch Coordinators, Pricing Coordinators, Category Leads, Master Data teams, Project Management teams, and E-commerce teams to keep priorities moving forward.
