SAP Master Data Governance Manager
Your mission
You’re an experienced SAP MDG leader who combines strategic thinking, client focus, and entrepreneurial drive? You inspire teams, build trusted relationships, and turn complex master data challenges into sustainable business solutions? Then you’ll fit right in with us.
- Lead SAP MDG projects and programs end-to-end, taking responsibility for delivery, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Advise senior stakeholders on master data strategy, process optimization, and SAP MDG, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Lead and develop project teams, providing direction, coaching, and expertise across interdisciplinary and international engagements.
- Shape solution architectures for business partner, material, and financial master data across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Drive business development through client relationships, proposals, workshops, feasibility studies, and identification of new opportunities.
- Shape and grow our SAP MDG offering by contributing market expertise, thought leadership, and innovative solutions.
Your profile
- Degree in business informatics, engineering, business administration, natural sciences, or a comparable field.
- Several years of SAP MDG consulting and implementation experience, with proven leadership of projects, teams, and client engagements.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture and master data management, ideally complemented by ABAP expertise.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC, ideally including SAP BTP and integration with modules such as MM and SD.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence at senior client level.
- Fluent in German and English and willing to travel.
