Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Leadership, Business Analysis & Decision Support
Partner with operational and executive leaders to define business questions, priorities, and reporting needs.
Translate priorities into analytics, KPIs, Domo solutions, and action-oriented recommendations.
Perform root-cause analysis and identify risks, trends, operational gaps, and opportunities.
Domo Development, BI Direction & Adoption
Build, maintain, and improve Domo dashboards, cards, datasets, alerts, and reporting solutions.
Lead Domo roadmap priorities and analytics projects from intake through implementation, including scope definition, stakeholder alignment, UAT, training support, adoption, business validation, and follow-up measurement.
Investigate, connect, and validate data across operational systems to support new reporting, analytical, KPI, dashboard, and decision-support capabilities within Domo.
Validate reporting accuracy, troubleshoot data issues, and partner with technical resources when source data or integration issues arise.
Data Exploration & Validation
Explore and validate operational data to support analysis, KPI development, and dashboard creation.
Document data definitions, calculations, assumptions, and reporting methodologies.
Operational Analytics
Analyze labor, financial, operational, service, productivity, customer, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Establish baseline metrics and measure the impact of operational initiatives.
Support ad hoc executive and operational reporting requests.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Technology, and regional leaders to prioritize high-value analytical opportunities.
Support strategic initiatives that require clear visibility, measurement, analysis, and decision support.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, operational reporting, decision support, or performance improvement.
Hands-on Domo experience developing dashboards, cards, datasets, business logic, and user-facing reporting tools.
Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to independently investigate business problems, identify relevant data sources, and develop actionable insights.
Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, facilitation, and change-management skills.
Ability to work directly with operational leaders, explain findings clearly, and drive analytics adoption.
Experience in transportation, logistics, service, field operations, or multi-site businesses.
Experience with KPI design, operational scorecards, performance measurement, and business impact tracking.
Familiarity with data integration concepts, data relationships, and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.
Experience with automation, AI-enabled analytics, workflow tools, or decision-support capabilities.
