Strategy and Operations Lead, IT

What you'll be doing:

You will own NVIDIA IT’s annual and quarterly workforce and operational planning process, connecting business priorities, portfolio demand, service commitments and technical roadmaps to clear capability and capacity requirements. Integrated scenarios will show tradeoffs across full-time employees, contingent workers, suppliers, skills, locations, cost, productivity and risk. These models will help leaders decide where to add, redeploy, develop, automate, outsource or stop work and define success measures that make ownership and progress visible. This role also builds the operating systems behind better decisions, including governed data models, scenario tools, dashboards, workflow automation and lightweight artificial intelligence solutions. Working directly with leaders and users, you will test ideas, measure adoption and improve the tools until they change outcomes. You will shape supplier and external workforce strategy within the capacity model, covering partner mix, delivery model, location, consolidation, productivity and performance. Close partnership with IT, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal and business teams will keep decisions fast, evidence-based and accountable. Beyond recurring planning, the role will tackle high-impact questions without an obvious owner, surface capacity constraints early and provide concise recommendations to technology executives.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, engineering, information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, workforce strategy or business operations, including 5+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• A record of owning workforce, capacity, portfolio or operational planning in a complex global organization and translating plans into measurable execution.
• Exceptional structured problem solving, business judgment and quantitative depth, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis and data validation, even with incomplete or conflicting data.
• Hands-on fluency with advanced spreadsheets, data visualization, analytical platforms and artificial intelligence tools, plus the ability to query data and rapidly prototype solutions.
• Clear executive communication and influence, with the ability to turn complex business and technical material into concise recommendations, explicit tradeoffs and decisions.
• Sound knowledge of external workforce models, supplier economics and commercial tradeoffs, with respect for approval roles held by Procurement, Legal, Finance and Human Resources.
• Built a workforce or capacity planning operating system from the ground up in a high-growth technology, infrastructure or consulting environment.
• Shipped internal data products, automated workflows, agents or decision tools that leaders adopted and that improved speed, quality, cost or productivity.
• Modeled global workforce choices across employees, contractors, suppliers, skills, locations and outcome-based delivery.
• Combined strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience with a record of implementing and operating what you designed.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.
