This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
The Sr. Digital Manager, is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based sales enablement solutions & strategic initiatives. This role leads a cross-functional Agile team to deliver CRM capabilities that improve sales effectiveness and business outcomes across the Global Banking & Markets organizations. The successful candidate will partner closely with business, digital, and technology teams to define priorities, build business cases, manage delivery, and ensure solutions are deployed efficiently and within scope. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Delivers world-class digital software solutions, meets business and client needs, and manages timing, budget, and scope constraints
Owns operational routines, governance, and best practices that guarantee industry leading go-to-market and a healthy performance for the bank's digital solutions
Oversees governance, risk management, use of data, and client feedback to drive feature roadmap and prioritization at the project level
Manages project planning, sprint, and release planning and contributes to the execution of the program roadmap leveraging Agile principles
Creates presentations and written materials and communicates in an effective and engaging manner to enhance project outcomes
Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank, ensure successful delivery of assigned work, and secure ongoing support for owned features
Leverages knowledge of the business to make informed decisions at every stage of the product development and sustainment lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience
Experience leading medium-to-large digital, CRM, or Salesforce initiatives.
Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Proven experience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience building partnerships across business and technology organizations.
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of project, product, or business analysis experience.
Salesforce CRM, Agentforce experience.
Agile delivery experience.
Business requirements and process analysis expertise.
Knowledge of Global Banking or Markets products and processes.
Experience with digital product management and portfolio governance.
