Welder – Production Manufacturing
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable Production Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position primarily involves MIG welding steel components used in retail shelving and fixtures.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday; Saturdays as needed
- Day and Night shifts available
- Overtime opportunities available
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies.
- Set up and use welding equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
- Follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
- Inspect welds and finished components for quality.
- Grind and deburr parts as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Meet production and quality standards.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous MIG welding or production welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read basic drawings and follow written instructions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be safety-conscious and dependable.
- Welding training or hands-on experience is a plus.
