As a Security Officer Driver Visibility Patrol in Springfield, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a utilities location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of utility facilities, buildings, equipment areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized access or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
