Description

A Greeter at Meier’s Creek Brewing Company is responsible for creating a welcoming first impression for all guests. This position and all others at Meiers Creek require team work and the best efforts put forward daily. 

Requirements

  Essential Minimum Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greeting and welcoming guests

· Managing the waitlist and seating guests in an organized and timely manner

· Communicating with servers, bartenders and managers to maintain smooth guest flow

· Maintaining greeter stand, menus and front entrance area is a clean and organized manner

· Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs in a friendly manner

· Processing Meier’s Creek merchandise and retail beer sales

· Supporting the team during busy shifts and contributing to a positive guest experience

Qualifications

· Customer service experience preferred 

· Friendly, welcoming and professional attitude

· Flexibility to work shifts

· Teamwork

· Ability to handle stress 

· Active listening 

· Attentiveness and patience for customers

Physical Requirement

Constant

· Standing and walking,

· Stooping, bending and crouching. 

· Reaching at or below shoulder level 

· Gross and fine manipulation using both hands 

Frequent

· Push, pull and lift up to 50lbs.

· Reaching above shoulder level

· Keyboarding and use of computer hardware

Occasionally

· Lifting, pushing or pulling greater than 50lbs with assistance.
