Responsible for Agency Proposition and Experience

Agency Growth GTM

• Drive scalable productivity growth across Agency.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality activation campaigns, contests activities that improve agent performance and MDRT achievement

Agency Proposition

• Provide deep understanding of agent/leader behaviors, insights & survey, motivation drivers.
• Enable CAO and distribution leadership to make data sentiment-driven decisions on key initiative.
• Strengthen Agency recruitment engine through insight-driven focus

Agency Experience

• Create a differentiated, end-to-end experience for Agents and Leaders that drives engagement, retention.
• Elevate recognition, communication to strengthen promotion & high performing culture
