Global Business Services

Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations.

Global Business Services is recognized for flawless execution, sound risk management, operational resiliency, operational excellence and innovation.

In India, we are present in five locations and operate as BA Continuum India Private Limited (BACI), a non-banking subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation and the operating company for India operations of Global Business Services.

Process Overview*

Global Finance was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support & Regulatory reporting. Over the years, the scope of Global Finance has been expanded to include operations for other enterprise control functions like Human Resources and Risk and Compliance.

CFO Change Automation team, which is part of CFO COO group involved in various analytics, automation and reporting and governance needs that help the CFO group analyze and address key challenges & provide relevant solutions using ET or any other relevant technologies. The team provides deep dive analysis by deploying analytics and data mining tools like SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Workiva etc. as well as is involved in setting up automated solutions for complex BAU processes.

Job Description*

• The role will be a member of the CFO Finance Innovation, that also enables AI and automation strategies across all CFO teams.

• The role supports AI Program across CFO LOB including agents pipeline and lifecycle.

• Support AI initiatives like the implementation of data layers like Starburst etc.

• Partners with different teams involved in the AI program like Tech, ORCO

• Contribute to other deliverables as part of CFO Finance Innovation team

Responsibilities

Starburst Implementation

• Data onboarding, profiling, requirements support, testing, metadata/documentation, and data-product build activities.
• BI prototyping and adoption support, including Tableau live-connect proof-of-concepts, dashboard migration patterns, performance testing, and demonstrating alternatives to extract-based reporting approaches.

AI Agent Portfolio

• Support various activities required to drive AI Program across the CFO organization including business case preparation, solution documentation etc.

• Provision and manage tool access to Automation and Orchestra (ORCO) platforms for developers and business teams.

• Ensure benefit impact of each agent is well documented and aligned with CFO finance team as applicable

• Value capture of agents impact in applicable system of records

AI Initiatives

• Support various activities required to drive AI initiatives like Starburst, Data provisioning etc.

Requirements*

Education*

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field)

Certifications If Any

• Technical certifications in Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio, M365, AI Studio

• Certifications in AI-enabled automation / agentic workflow solution tools

• Project / delivery management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum) preferred

• Finance domain related training / certifications a plus

Experience Range*

• 8–14+ years of total experience (mid to senior level)

• 4+ years delivering AI, automation, or digital transformation projects end-to-end

• Experience preparing governance and risk documentation such as MRM, model / AI toll-gate, or control artefacts

• Experience managing cross-functional global stakeholders across business, technology, and risk

• Proven record of delivering complex, multi-faceted initiatives with measurable business outcomes

Foundational skills*

• End-to-end project & delivery management of complex, multi-faceted initiatives

• AI tollgate and Model Risk Management (MRM) documentation

• Governance, controls, audit evidence, and risk management for AI solutions

• AI idea pipeline management — intake, triage, prioritization, and tracking

• Tool access provisioning and platform administration

• Requirements gathering, documentation & solution design

• Data management & systems integration awareness

• Value realization and benefits tracking

• Strategic problem solving and structured thinking

• Executive storytelling and status reporting

• Senior stakeholder communications — strong written and verbal communication

Candidate is not expected to be a software developer but should be capable of engaging effectively with Technology, Data, Model Risk, and Architecture teams.
