Position Summary:
Reporting to the Assistant Director, HR & Payroll, the Benefits and Payroll Specialist will play a critical role in supporting GLIDE's employee benefits, onboarding and payroll operations.
In this role, you will be fully immersed in all aspects of benefits administration, payroll support, onboarding, and employee support. Specifically, you will coordinate day-to-day operations related to employee benefits, new hire onboarding, payroll processing, and HRIS data integrity. With your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent service, you will help improve processes and deliver a seamless experience for our staff.
