ATS is looking for a Settlement Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and has an eye for detail. In this role, you'll lead our Driver Settlement team, ensure accurate and timely driver pay, improve processes, and help deliver a great experience for drivers and internal partners alike.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the daily operations of the Settlement team.
• Ensure accurate and timely driver and contractor settlements.
• Manage workflow, priorities, and team performance.
• Review reports, track KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve complex pay, settlement, and billing issues.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, and Customer Service to solve problems and drive results.
• Champion process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.

What You'll Bring

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial reconciliation, or business operations.
• Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• A positive attitude and passion for continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits:

• The anticipated hourly pay range for this position begins at $26.50 - $34.00 per hour. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
