Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided upon request).
• Work Arrangement: In-office for the initial training period.

Responsibilities

• Quote new business (25%) and manage the renewal process (75%).
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
• Collect client information for all submissions and prepare proposals and quotes.
• Handle all day-to-day account servicing needs.
• Support producers by managing account details and ensuring timely turnaround on tasks.
• Think creatively to solve client challenges and provide tailored solutions.
• Work independently while maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in personal lines insurance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Nexsure and EZLynx software preferred.
