The Senior Engineer will be responsible for carrying out engineering activities related to Connection Systems equipment while ensuring compliance with company processes, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.
As a Senior Engineer – Connection Systems, you will be responsible for:
Mentoring and supporting engineers and designers through technical guidance, work delegation, design reviews, and professional development activities.
Creating, reviewing, and approving layouts, detailed designs, fabrication drawings, assembly procedures, test procedures, user manuals, and other technical documentation.
Interpreting customer specifications and translating requirements into innovative, reliable, and manufacturable engineering solutions.
Developing conceptual and detailed designs for Connection Systems products in accordance with the company Design Process Plan (DPP) and engineering best practices.
Conducting design verification activities including tolerance studies, reliability assessments, risk evaluations, design reviews, failure investigations, and engineering calculations.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners to support project execution, product delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting tendering activities, CTR processes, scope of work development, factory acceptance testing (FAT), and customer-focused engineering deliverables.
Utilizing engineering and PLM tools, including Teamcenter, Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys Workbench, while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and company procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline, or demonstrate significant relevant design experience.
Have substantial engineering experience within a relevant technical field, preferably within the Oil & Gas, subsea, or related industries.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, including ISO, API, ASME, NORSOK, and DNV.
Apply sound engineering principles related to risk assessment, reliability verification, design for manufacture, and product validation.
Possess experience with engineering, analytical, and product lifecycle management tools such as Teamcenter, Creo, AutoCAD, and Ansys Workbench.
Communicate effectively through strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Lead with a proactive, flexible, and professional approach while supporting team development through coaching and constructive feedback.
Work fluently in English and collaborate effectively within diverse, global, and multidisciplinary teams.

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 208,000 To 286,000. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
