This is a hands-on delivery role focused on keeping initiatives on track, surfacing risks early, and supporting cross-functional teams in translating approved plans into measurable outcomes. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership visibility.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional working teams across academic, clinical, and administrative units to advance initiative delivery.

  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for service delivery improvement across assigned initiative areas.
  • Document current and future state workflows and support implementation of redesigned processes in partnership with functional teams.
  • Contribute to the development of shared tools, templates, and playbooks that build institutional delivery capability.

  • Maintain a project risk log and support the development of mitigation strategies in collaboration with functional owners and initiative sponsors.
  • Track and communicate the status of open issues, decisions, and action items across project teams.
