Through the Grad@MUHealth Program, graduates can tailor their transition to practice by joining one of five specialty streams: Clinical (Ward-based), Perioperative, Primary Care, Cardiac Care, or Oncology. Depending on the stream and workforce requirements, graduates will complete either two 6-month rotations or a dedicated 12-month placement, gaining structured support, specialty experience, and exposure to contemporary models of patient-centred care.
