Tasks and Qualifications:
Your tasks:
- Lead strategic planning processes, working closely with senior management, Finance, and other functional areas to develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term strategies for KION ITS EMEA.
- Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure that strategic processes are sustainably embedded across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales & Service, Automation, Controlling, M&A, and Operations, gaining valuable insights into diverse business functions.
- Drive the development of compelling strategies across multiple business units and regions, enabling sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating insights into clear and actionable strategic recommendations.
- Identify growth opportunities and operational improvement potential for individual projects through the analysis of customers, markets, competitors, and internal processes, while preparing concise presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Partner with the respective Strategy Leads to define and track clear milestones, ensuring the successful execution of key strategic initiatives in line with the value creation plan.
- Ensure clear, structured, and goal-oriented communication with all relevant stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle
Your qualifications:
- Strong consulting background (minimum 5 years), ideally complemented by experience and expertise in key technologies and markets such as Artificial Intelligence, software, or advanced automation solutions (e.g., humanoid robotics)
- Excellent analytical skills with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Proven project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Strong financial modeling capabilities
- Confidence and effectiveness in interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- A proactive and collaborative working style, combined with a strong team-oriented mindset.Business fluent English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
