Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Sr Analyst, Marketing Communications to join the Tim Hortons Canada Integrated Marketing Communications team. This role supports the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that bring Tim Hortons’ calendar and brand priorities to life for Canadians.
The Sr Analyst will partner closely with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate integrated campaign development and delivery with Media, Digital, In-Restaurant POP, CRM, Social and PR. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and marketing fundamentals with excellent attention to detail, sound creative judgment and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Independently manage low-complexity initiatives and contribute to mid-to-high-complexity work with guidance from senior team members to execute end-to-end marketing communications programs across national, regional, test market and ad hoc initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams such as Category Marketing, Media, Digital, CRM, Social, PR, Sponsorship, Legal, and Consumer Insights to align on communication objectives, timelines, requirements and campaign deliverables.
- Support the development of creative briefs and contribute to clear, actionable agency feedback grounded in the brief, brand standards and channel requirements.
- Coordinate campaign workstreams with the creative agency and cross-functional partners, including briefing, timeline management, creative feedback and stakeholder approvals, pre-production planning, post-production execution, and budget/invoice tracking.
- Review creative across channels - including TV, OLV, social, digital, audio, OOH and owned channels - to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, strong execution and appropriate legal and/or third-party requirements.
- Partner with Media, Insights and Analytics teams to interpret campaign performance, identify implications and develop recommendations for future work. Apply learnings to contribute to improved campaign development and team processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in marketing, advertising, communications, creative agency or a related field; QSR experience is an asset.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing, advertising principles and integrated campaign development.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs/workstreams, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copy-editing and presentation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through and organizational skills.
- Ability to review creative thoughtfully and provide constructive feedback, with a strong understanding of brand standards and channel best practices.
- Collaborative and confident working with cross-functional partners, agencies and vendors.
- Comfortable identifying issues, proposing solutions and escalating decisions when needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project-management and asset-management tools is an asset.
Base salary range of $75,000 – $95,000CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics.
