We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and support accurate shipment creation, data processing, and freight forwarding operations while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter shipment data accurately in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

• Register and create bookings, jobs, and shipment information accurately in the CargoWise system.

• Respond to operational queries and retrieve relevant shipment information and documentation.

• Verify completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with operational requirements.

• Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email to ensure smooth operational execution.

• Maintain the confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively support Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within established KPIs, SLAs, and operational deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience in Freight Forwarding is preferred.

• Proven experience in data entry with strong typing speed and accuracy.

• Experience using CargoWise or other freight forwarding systems is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.

• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn, take ownership, and continuously improve.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Willing to work on weekends on a rotational basis.
