Shift Available: AM Shift
Schedule: 4 Days On / 2 Days Off Rotation
Starting Pay: $24.00 per Hour

Position Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care and assistance with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. Working closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team, you will help ensure each resident receives compassionate, high-quality care throughout the day.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions
Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure resident rooms and care areas remain clean, safe, and organized
Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures
Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current CPR certification preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care
Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required
