Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Manage customer quality issues and complaints, including containment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up.
- Manage ISIR/PPAP submissions and customer approvals for new products and engineering or 4M changes.
- Support customer quality audits and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor customer quality performance, quality indicators, warranty issues, and customer claims.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other functions to resolve product and process quality issues.
- Drive continuous improvement activities to prevent recurrence of quality issues and improve customer quality performance.
Your Background
Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in automotive quality, customer quality, or manufacturing quality.
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools and processes, including APQP, PPAP/ISIR, 4M change, 8D, and root cause analysis.
- Experience in customer complaint handling, quality issue resolution, and corrective action management.
- Good communication and coordination skills with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement activities.
- English communication skills preferred.
