The Field Specialist I – Production Enhancement is responsible for supporting the execution, monitoring, and optimization of production enhancement operations at customer wellsites. This role assists in the preparation, deployment, operation, and maintenance of production enhancement equipment and services while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations.

Working under the guidance of senior field personnel, the Field Specialist I delivers safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution, supports operational data collection and reporting, troubleshoots basic equipment issues, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong technical aptitude, operational discipline, and a commitment to Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), service quality, and operational excellence.

As a Field Specialist I – Production Enhancement, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation, mobilization, rig-up, operation, and demobilization of production enhancement equipment.
• Executing field operations in accordance with approved procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Monitoring equipment performance and operational parameters during service delivery.
• Performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of tools and equipment.
• Recording operational data accurately and preparing job reports and service documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in risk assessments, safety meetings, and operational reviews.
• Supporting inventory control, asset management, and equipment readiness activities.
• Collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful job execution and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously developing technical and operational competencies through structured training and field experience.
• Contributing to operational excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities for process improvement and equipment reliability enhancement.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Min senior high school, Diploma or bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in oilfield operations, production enhancement, well intervention, stimulation, pressure pumping, or related energy services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of production enhancement operations, equipment, and field procedures.
• Possess a strong commitment to Health, Safety, Environment, Quality (HSEQ), and compliance standards.
• Be able to operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot production enhancement equipment.
• Have experience with data collection, reporting, and digital field reporting systems.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills in multicultural environments.
• Show strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Be customer focused with a strong service-oriented mindset.
• Be adaptable and willing to work in remote locations and varying operational environments.
• Be proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Hold relevant industry certifications and safety training, where applicable.
• Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel for field assignments.
