Summary
This position will oversee the stage and event production including but not limited to sound reinforcement, stage lighting, labor, and video presented in the venue during an event. This position is a creative and technical position that will assist in event-based production, and other related duties, including production points for each event.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Direct, supervises and schedules all aspects of event production, including but not limited to sound reinforcement, stage lighting, labor, and video presented in the venue during an event.
Stage Supervisor will advance all production elements of performances and events, including but not limited to assignment of stagehands and all stagecraft elements.
Determines appropriate staffing levels, call structures, and work sequencing to ensure safe, efficient, and contract-compliant operations.
Ensures venue infrastructure and theatrical systems are restored to operational standards following events; documents damage, deficiencies, or unusual wear.
Create, review, approve, and correct union timesheets, ensuring contractual and payroll accuracy.
Coordinate the Production activities with other departments and event-related contractors to assure facility readiness and smooth operation of events.
Implements and updates facility rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Provides clear, concise, and timely communication to other departments.
Oversees maintenance of the Theatrical Lighting, Sound, Audio Visual, Stage Production equipment and ensures safe operations of all those systems.
Serve as MOD (Manager on Duty) as required with special focus on theater load-ins, performances and loadouts.
Train IATSE members and internal staff in harness training, lighting, audio, fly rail, pit operation, etc.
Create and manage CyberKeys and access badges for events, ensuring appropriate access levels and security compliance.
Provide hands-on technical support as needed across all halls.
Assists Director of Operations with supervision of Engineers
Position requires the ability to work at all Legends Global facilities in Wichita.
Contributes to post-event evaluations and updates operational procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and consistency.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global’s policies and applicable laws.

Education and/or Experience
A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree (4-year) preferred).
A minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
Knowledge and understanding of theatrical performance systems.
Additional experience may be substituted for education.
Supervisory experience required.
Skills and Abilities
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize and to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills required; ability to interact with all levels of staff including management.
Ability to effectively supervise staff.
Professional presentation, appearance and work ethic.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and must be able to learn Maintenance Manager Software program.
Ability to work with limited supervision and as a team member.
Requires ability to work flexible and extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
