Overview

We are hiring a Digital Planning Director to play a leading role on the H&M account at Zenith. You’ll bring together clients, strategy and channel specialists to turn ambitious thinking into integrated digital campaigns across multiple European markets. This is an opportunity to combine senior client partnership with cross-channel planning, operational leadership and people development, helping teams deliver work that is both strategically strong and commercially effective.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Lead senior client relationships across your assigned regions, building trusted partnerships around their priorities and business objectives.
• Bring together Strategy, Account Management and Channel Specialists to deliver integrated, cross-channel campaigns.
• Own campaign delivery from briefing through to reporting, creating clarity and consistency across markets and teams.
• Turn strategy and performance insights into practical recommendations that improve campaign planning and identify opportunities for growth.
• Lead client and internal communications, making complex information clear and ensuring stakeholders stay informed and aligned.
• Improve processes and ways of working, helping teams collaborate effectively while maintaining high standards across campaign delivery.
• Lead, coach and support Account Management colleagues, creating clear opportunities for development while encouraging ownership and continuous improvement.

 

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of cross-channel digital media, including Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic.
• Experience building productive relationships with senior clients and stakeholders, with the communication skills to lead conversations and presentations.
• The ability to coordinate complex, multi-market campaigns and keep different teams focused on shared outcomes.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, combined with the ability to see the bigger strategic picture.
• The ability to translate strategy, data and performance insight into clear, actionable campaign recommendations.
• A collaborative approach to working across strategy, specialist and operational teams, bringing people together around common goals.
• Experience supporting and developing others, with an inclusive leadership style that encourages clarity, accountability and growth.
