The company is developing infrastructure that enables AI applications and agents to build richer, continually evolving representations of users and context. With rapid developer adoption, strong enterprise demand, and backing from leading technology investors, the team is tackling one of the most important emerging challenges in AI: giving intelligent systems persistent context and memory.

You'll join a small, highly technical team where engineers have significant ownership and work directly with customers to turn cutting-edge AI technology into production systems.

What You Will Do

• Own enterprise customer engagements end-to-end, from technical discovery and pre-sales demonstrations through production deployment
• Build custom demos, reference implementations, and integrations tailored to customer use cases
• Embed directly with customers to understand their applications, technical architecture, and deployment requirements
• Build and deploy production solutions using Python, TypeScript, APIs, and modern AI/LLM infrastructure
• Integrate AI memory and agentic capabilities into customer applications and existing technology stacks
• Work with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure successful production adoption
• Educate technical and business stakeholders on agentic AI architectures and implementation approaches
• Translate recurring customer challenges into actionable product feedback for the engineering team
• Help develop repeatable deployment patterns and technical resources as enterprise adoption scales

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including meaningful experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or in a similarly technical, customer-facing deployment role
• Proven experience owning customer deployments from discovery through implementation and production
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with Python, FastAPI, TypeScript, or similar technologies
• Hands-on experience building production applications using LLMs or agentic AI systems
• Experience working with SQL databases, REST APIs, Docker, and modern cloud environments
• Strong technical fundamentals with the ability to understand and work within complex customer codebases
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with enterprise customers
• High ownership and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

Preferred

• Previous experience at an early-stage AI, developer infrastructure, or enterprise software startup
• Background as an FDE at a company with a strong forward-deployed engineering model
• Experience with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or related infrastructure
• Experience building developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products
• Prior founding engineer or startup-building experience
• Computer Science or related STEM degree
