Orgel Wealth Management is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst who will serve as a key partner between operational teams and Technology to design, optimize, and implement scalable business processes and technology solutions. This role will lead efforts to evaluate workflows, define business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions that enhance efficiency, consistency, and the overall employee and client experience.

Position Summary

The Senior Business Process Analyst is responsible for partnering with operational teams and Technology to improve how business needs are defined, documented, and translated into scalable system solutions. This role serves as a key connection point between business processes and technology execution by analyzing complex workflows, gathering requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting effective implementation of solutions.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, and technology-enabled improvements. The Senior Business Process Analyst will bring strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to improve processes, create consistency, and enhance operational effectiveness.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams and Technology to identify opportunities, define business needs, and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Facilitate current-state and future-state workflow analysis to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate structured user acceptance testing efforts by validating solutions against business requirements and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Own assigned process improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and follow-up.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to evaluate processes, identify opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for process documentation, workflow design, and operational improvements.
• Provide guidance and support to team members related to process analysis and continuous improvement practices.
• May eventually assume leadership responsibilities, including managing and developing team members, as the role and department continue to evolve.

• Learn and leverage technology, including Microsoft Office, Practifi, Zoom, Tamarac, and other business systems.

Education and Experience Requirements

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in business, operations, information systems, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, business process improvement, operations analysis, systems implementation, project coordination, or a related field.

Preferred: 

• 5–10 years of experience in business process analysis, workflow optimization, technology implementation, or operational improvement.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management, or another highly regulated industry.
