Regional Home Manager (RGN/RMN)
40 Hours per Week | Up to £80,000 per year + Car Allowance | North Scotland
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Home Manager to oversee a portfolio of five nursing homes and two residential homes across North Scotland. Working closely with Home Managers and senior leadership, you'll provide strategic direction, operational support, and clinical oversight, ensuring every service delivers safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
This role is ideal for an accomplished nursing home leader who enjoys supporting and developing managers, driving quality improvements, and maintaining excellent regulatory standards across multiple services.
