Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional support to dental clinics and doctors throughout their clear aligner treatment journey. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely case updates, resolve clinic concerns, and provide a seamless support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications with clinics.
• Provide end-to-end support for clear aligner cases from case submission to treatment completion.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure timely case progress.
• Follow up with clinics regarding pending documents, scans, approvals, and payments.
• Track clinic cases and provide regular status updates.
• Resolve clinic complaints and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate clinic records in the CRM/billing system.
• Assist clinics with product-related queries and treatment process guidance.
• Ensure all clinic interactions meet company quality and service standards.
• Achieve daily productivity and clinic satisfaction targets.
• Prepare daily and weekly clinic support reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Customer Service, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Clinic Support, Customer Service, Healthcare, or the Dental industry.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
• Strong clinic relationship management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
