- Own hardware planning for testers, handlers, probers, sockets, kits, and peripherals required to support demand.
- Maintain hardware inventory accuracy and ensure hardware databases are updated.
- Monitor hardware utilization and identify capacity constraints.
- Coordinate hardware transfers between sites to support resiliency and capacity requirements.
- Support hardware procurement requests and capital justification activities.
- Track hardware readiness for new product qualifications, transfers, and production ramps.
- Drive hardware shortage mitigation plans and escalation management.
- Partner with Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, SCM, and Operations on hardware-related issues.
- Support hardware forecasting activities aligned with demand projections.
- Maintain visibility of critical hardware risks and recovery plans.
- Generate weekly and monthly hardware readiness reports for management review.
- Ensure hardware records are accurately reflected in planning and enterprise systems.
