Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Part-Time

Pay Range: $60.00-$65.00 per hour, DOE
Join Our Rehabilitation Team!
Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will help residents improve communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life through individualized treatment programs.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff as needed.
- Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
