Description
Position: Senior Marketing Coordinator
Number of hours: 20 hours/Week
Schedule: Australian Time Zone
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Develop and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Support the development of marketing materials, content, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional assets.
Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, and other key marketing metrics.
Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and performance insights for management.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer research to identify opportunities and trends.
Help manage social media, email marketing, website updates, and other digital marketing activities.
Ensure brand consistency across marketing campaigns and communication channels.
Manage multiple marketing projects while maintaining deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Coordinate events, promotions, product launches, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign effectiveness.
Provide guidance and support to junior marketing team members when required.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and project coordination.
Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, websites, and paid advertising.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using marketing and project management tools such as Google Analytics, Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across multiple projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
Experience with content creation, social media management, or email marketing is an advantage.
Experience leading projects or mentoring junior team members is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
