The finance rotational internship provides exposure to the core functions of corporate finance, operations, business development, and administrative departments at Brown & Brown. Your Development & Impact Opportunities
- Gain hands-on exposure with corporate finance, business operations and business development functions while building valuable business acumen in risk management and transferable professional skills.
- Work closely with finance leaders and business partners to support initiatives that dirve informed financial decision making.
- Contribute to projects invovling financing analysis, budgeting and forecasting support, management reporting, variance analysis and data-driven insights.
- Partner with operational leaders to evaluate performance, improve processes and support enterprise-wide financial goals.
- Support business development by working in partnership with sales leadership to drive growth and expand our client base.
- Develop an understanding of the insurance industry, practices and products.
