Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Manage customer orders, including domestic, export, and consignment orders, ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) requirements and company policies
- Execute order-to-cash activities including order entry, order confirmation, invoice issuance, order follow-up, and delivery coordination
- Process credit notes, debit notes, and customer-related order adjustments as required
- Coordinate customer complaints, service cases, and order-related issue resolution activities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Build strong partnerships with customers, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Order-to-Cash process
- Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and documentation requirements
- Monitor, prepare, and analyze order fulfillment metrics and support training activities for new and existing Customer Service Representatives
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Order-to-Cash processes within a business-to-business environment
- Knowledge of domestic and international trade processes
- Experience managing customer orders, customer communications, and issue resolution activities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferred
- Basic understanding of finance processes related to invoicing, credits, debits, and customer transactions
- Fluent business English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures
