NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

- Visualisation – development and management of Power BI reports
- Manage system data-feeds - develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
- Maintain and create data extracts for business and project deliveries – primarily SQL-based tools initially
- Communications skills – excellent communications skills to manage diverse range of stakeholders
- Problem solving – ability to understand requirements, consult with colleagues and suggest a range of potential solutions
- Data requirements – excellent documentation skills to create technical solutions that are simple, effective and meet requirements
- Understand and manage data integrity and performance of feeds and tools
- Adhere to internal coding standards and delivery timelines.
- Adhere to data management frameworks and governance
- Escalate unresolved issues and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Min 8 years’ experience in Business Analysis/Data Analysis
- Deep experience with various reporting tools such as Power BI and SSRS
- Strong SQL programming skills and understanding of relational databases.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and with limited resources
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
- Knowledge of Compliance, AML and Financial crime regulations
- Knowledge of project/change management processes and tools
Bachelor degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline
