岗位定位： 支持商业分析团队的数据治理、业务报告、专题分析及 BI 看板管理工作，参与端到端数据流程的质量管理与商业分析价值转化。

1. Data Management & Analytics Support（数据管理与数据支持）

• 从各业务系统完成数据口径对齐与标准化整合，持续维护标准化数据资产流程，支持数据架构优化；
• 参与数据质量标准的制定与维护，推动数据治理落地；
• 收集各团队反馈的数据问题，按类型甄别分类并建立追踪机制，推动闭环解决。

2. Business Reporting & Quality Assurance（业务报告与质量保障）

• 支持周度、月度及季度业务报告的常规更新与交付；
• 执行数据完整性校验与逻辑一致性审核，保障报告质量；
• 维护并迭代分析模板与图表看板，支撑业务洞察的标准化呈现；
• 通过数据准备与基础分析，参与管理层汇报材料的准备工作。

3. Analytics Project Support（分析项目支持）

• 支持渠道绩效、客户分析及市场洞察等商业分析项目，协助完成基础分析工作；
• 响应团队内临时性数据分析需求，为业务提供及时的数据支持和有价值的商业洞见；
• 参与管理层汇报材料的准备及基础分析工作。

4. Dashboard Product Management（数据产品与看板管理）

• 定期核对Dashboard关键业务指标、监测异常波动，主动识别数据风险；
• 支持 CCDM Dashboard 与 Portal 的日常运维与版本迭代，协调需求收集与上线安排；
• 执行 CCDM Dashboard 与 Portal 的用户验收测试（UAT），验证指标计算逻辑、数据链路与呈现结果。记录并跟踪测试缺陷与报告问题，协同跨职能团队推动优先级处理与闭环解决。
