WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Growth Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratization of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth.
- Develop and implement engagement marketing strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Responsible for constant performance optimization via testing
- Drive data analysis to inform engagement strategies, optimize campaigns and report key engagement metrics performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including among others product management, product growth and brand marketing
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum of 4 years in engagement or retention marketing within fast-paced B2C environments preferably in e-commerce, fintech, or high-growth industries
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Experience with platforms like Braze, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, and CDPs such as mParticle. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus
- You are stellar at project management, execution focused and not worried about getting your hands dirty yourself
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to identify new high-impact campaign strategies, as well as evaluate and interpret results of existing campaigns, allowing for iterative improvements
