Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Drive employee engagement and build a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial Stewardship: Manage restaurant financials with a focus on maximizing profitability, managing P&L, and optimizing food and labor costs.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience that reflects our fresh and crazy vibe.
• Hands-on Leadership: Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with both your team and your guests.
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (Fast-Casual preferred).
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record of hiring, training, and developing talent.
• Financial Acumen: A solid understanding of P&L management, including food and labor cost controls and inventory management, is highly preferred.
• Passion: A strong work ethic and a genuine love for vibrant hospitality (a passion for healthy cuisine is a big plus!).
• Mindset: A hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being on the floor with employees and customers.
