Position Summary...
Lead the Facility Services parts program to ensure technicians and service partners have the right parts in the right place, at the right time and cost. You’ll build and execute an integrated parts strategy across asset data, maintenance demand, regional needs, inventory capabilities, and supplier performance to improve asset uptime and technician productivity. About the team Parts Strategy & Execution sets the tools and parts foundation for Facility Services—supplier partnerships, inventory/data analytics, and program standards/governance. This role sits at the intersection of facilities, sourcing, supply chain, technology, suppliers, and field operations to improve parts availability, reliability, and lifecycle management. What you’ll do...- Own the multi-year parts strategy and roadmap to improve availability, uptime, productivity, and total cost.
- Build regional stocking, replenishment, and fulfillment plans using asset criticality, repair history, demand patterns, technician coverage, and supplier lead times.
- Drive supplier performance through scorecards, routines, and escalations (fill rate, lead time, quality, capacity, cost, warranty recovery, continuity of supply).
- Partner with field teams and service providers to remove barriers, validate demand, and drive adoption.
- Lead cross-functional programs end-to-end (pilots to scale), including prioritization, resourcing, risk management, and change management.
- Track and improve performance (availability/fill rate, backorders, wait time, first-time fix, downtime, turns, excess/obsolete, expedite spend, cost avoidance, ROI).
- Improve processes across forecasting, critical spares, standardization/alternates, repair vs. replace, warranty/returns/core recovery, and end-of-life planning.
- Strengthen asset/parts data quality (master data, BOMs, asset-to-part relationships, criticality, alternates, lifecycle/obsolescence).
- Use telemetry, analytics, and AI to anticipate demand, detect failure patterns, optimize placement, and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and results to senior leaders through business cases and operating reviews.
- Develop team capability through coaching, workforce planning, and succession planning; model Walmart values and accountability.
- Extensive leadership in enterprise programs spanning parts strategy, supply chain/inventory, maintenance, or asset management.
- Ability to execute multi-region strategies across cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, and technology partners.
- Strong service-parts operations expertise (planning, optimization, replenishment/fulfillment, critical spares, lead times, lifecycle/obsolescence).
- Experience balancing service levels, responsiveness, inventory investment, and total cost in regional plans.
- Supplier performance management expertise (SLAs, scorecards, cost/quality, capacity, risk mitigation, escalations).
- Strong financial/analytical skills (business cases, ROI, KPI analysis, forecasting, data-to-decision).
- Asset/parts data management proficiency (hierarchies, master data, BOMs, governance, lifecycle).
- Experience with EAM/CMMS and related inventory/procurement systems, telemetry, dashboards, analytics, and AI tools.
- Proven influence with senior leaders and success scaling change from pilot to enterprise adoption.
- Team leadership and development capability; integrity- and customer-focused leadership style.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
