- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models and data integration strategies.
- Strong knowledge of data storage solutions and data architecture principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into scalable data structures.
- Familiarity with data quality management and metadata management concepts.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data governance with organizational objectives.
