This flexible BCBA role offers $90,000/annual salary, remote work on Mondays and Fridays, Company Paid Health Insurance, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. You will develop practical behavior strategies, coach direct care teams, and see the impact of your work in everyday life.
New to adult services? Your clinical skills transfer. A structured two-week onboarding process will help you become acclimated to supporting adults, including if your recent experience has primarily been with children. You will partner with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to build sustainable, person-centered supports that promote independence, safety, and dignity.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes
- Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations
- Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards
- Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Michigan
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses preferred
- Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn)
- Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
