Sales Manager – Leisure Segment (Russia/CIS Market)

What you do

• Manage the leisure segment for Russia and CIS across both Four Seasons Hotels Dubai, with focus on key Travel Industry accounts, luxury agencies and Preferred Partner advisors.
• Deliver agreed room revenue goals through proactive sales calls, account plans, partner mapping and clear follow-up actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, concierge partners and key market influencers.
• Represent the hotels during sales trips, trade shows, roadshows, Four Seasons activations and partner events in the assigned markets.
• Identify new business opportunities using market intelligence, WSO insights, Preferred Partner data, production trends and client feedback.
• Lead webinars, sales presentations, FAM trips, site inspections and tailored hotel experiences to drive conversion and loyalty.
• Promote Advisor ID and Preferred Partner engagement to grow qualified leisure production through preferred channels.
• Stay fully updated on hotel products, seasonal offers, dining, wellness and guest experiences to confidently position both properties.
• Maintain accurate account records, mailing lists, production trends, forecasts and sales activity updates.
• Submit timely pre-trip plans, post-trip reports, expenses, market feedback and relevant P2P leads for sister properties.

What you bring

• 2-5 years of experience managing Russia and CIS markets, ideally within luxury leisure travel.
• Fluent in Russian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of luxury hotel sales experience preferred, or relevant hotel operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of leisure travel, luxury agencies, tour operators, Preferred Partner advisors and FIT business.
• Proven sales track record with strong planning, organization, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Delphi or similar sales systems is preferred.
• Cluster or multi-property experience is an advantage.
