AI Forward Deployment Engineer – MCP (Model Context Protocol)

Role Overview 

Lead enterprise adoption of MCP-based AI integrations by designing, deploying, and operationalizing secure tool ecosystems connecting LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement MCP servers, tools, resources, and prompts for enterprise AI platforms. 

• Build integrations across Azure, ServiceNow, Databricks, Microsoft 365, Jira, and line-of-business applications. 

• Define standards for tool discovery, access control, authentication, and governance. 

• Develop reusable MCP frameworks and SDK accelerators. 

• Establish observability, monitoring, and performance optimization practices. 

• Partner with AI architects and business teams to productionize enterprise use cases. 

Required Skills 

Python, TypeScript, MCP, REST APIs, OAuth, Azure, Kubernetes, AI integration architecture, enterprise security, API gateways, DevOps, observability. 

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Azure OpenAI, multi-tenant MCP architectures, and enterprise governance.
