Role summary:The (USA) Store Manager - Supercenter leads all aspects of store operations, driving financial performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires strategic oversight of merchandising, staffing, and compliance while fostering a productive and engaging work environment. The manager develops and mentors the team, implements business plans, and maintains strong community relations. By analyzing data and market trends, the manager ensures operational excellence, safety, and quality standards are met. This position demands effective leadership to achieve sales goals, control expenses, and uphold company policies in a dynamic retail setting.

What you'll do:
- Lead and develop management and hourly associates to achieve operational excellence and maintain high performance standards.
- Drive financial performance by managing sales, profit goals, budgets, and expense controls aligned with company strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection measures while fostering a secure work environment.
- Oversee merchandising, inventory, and customer service to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate community relationships and represent the company in external engagements and outreach initiatives.
- Promote continuous improvement, associate development, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination; OR 4 years
