Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a Finacle Product Engineer with 7+ years of experience in product engineering, product management, software delivery, or related technology roles. The position will define and communicate product vision, manage the product backlog, engage stakeholders, and guide the development process for Finacle-related solutions and initiatives.The role will contribute to business objectives by prioritizing valuable product enhancements, aligning delivery with business needs, improving customer and user outcomes, and ensuring that product development progresses consistently within an Agile environment.
Software Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of experience in product engineering, product management, software delivery, or a related technology role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.

Define, communicate, and champion the product vision and strategy in alignment with Synechron’s business objectives.
Manage, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, technical dependencies, risks, and delivery capacity.
Engage stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, validate priorities, and ensure the product addresses diverse business needs.
Guide the development team through each iteration and ensure that product enhancements evolve consistently with the approved vision.
Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and product documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, testing, operations, and business teams to support successful product delivery.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments relevant to the product.
