The Impact You Will Make:
The Senior Student Engagement Coordinator (Enrolment) supports prospective students on their journey to higher education. This role is responsible for managing applications, reviewing documentation, processing offers, and ensuring all admissions and enrolment tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently.
Working closely with partner universities, you will act as the main point of contact for application-related queries, liaise with external stakeholders to support admissions decisions, and maintain up-to-date and accurate data within internal and partner system

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life:
What You Will Do
- Represent our partner universities with professionalism, acting as an extension of their admissions and engagement teams.
- Process applications — review applicant documentation, evaluate qualifications and English language levels, and ensure compliance with partner rubrics and admissions criteria.
- Collaborate with university partners to make or facilitate admissions decisions and communicate outcomes.
- Conduct quality checks on all applications and offers to ensure data accuracy and adherence to processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and partner systems, ensuring timely updates and visibility for the wider Engagement Team.
- Monitor and report on application pipelines to track progress toward enrolment targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Support engagement activities prior to intake, ensuring students remain informed and engaged up to course start.
- Respond promptly to student and partner communications via email and other channels.
- Analyse student data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for process optimisation.

- Accurate and timely processing of applications and admissions decisions, ensuring prospective students receive an excellent experience while contributing to partner enrolment targets and overall success.
- Consistently high levels of data accuracy and quality, maintaining reliable information across CRM’s and partner systems while confidently managing processes across multiple university partners.
- Strong and trusted relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a proactive and reliable point of contact and fostering effective collaboration to achieve shared objectives.
