Description
The Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and future-state architecture. This role requires strong governance, planning, and technical awareness.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Plan, execute, and monitor transformation projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Manage stakeholder communications and governance forums.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with technology teams for solution design and integration.
- Oversee testing phases (UAT, SIT) and ensure quality delivery.
- Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive updates.
Qualifications & Skills: -
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
- 7- 15 years of experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to transformation programs.
- Proven track record in project management and delivery.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and system architecture at a conceptual level.
- Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Retail Banking & Wealth products and regulatory frameworks.
- Certification in PMP or Agile/Scrum.
