About the role

As our SAP QA/Test Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering quality outcomes for our SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Reporting to the SAP Solution & Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end testing strategy, governance, and execution across SAP and integrated platforms, ensuring successful delivery through robust quality assurance practices, automation, defect management, and stakeholder engagement. This is an exciting opportunity to influence a large-scale enterprise transformation while working alongside experienced technology and business leaders.

This role is a 10-12 month Fixed Term Contract based in Melbourne.

A Day in the Life of a SAP QA/Test Lead at Toll

• Lead and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for the UNO SAP S/4HANA program.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, UAT and production verification testing activities.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, including triage, prioritisation, escalation and resolution.
• Partner with business stakeholders, SAP teams and system integrators to achieve quality and release outcomes.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, risks and readiness across program stage gates.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing practices, governance and automation capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Testing certification highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing within large SAP or ERP transformation programs.
• Experience working in complex enterprise delivery environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional testing teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to support multi-time zone program delivery when required.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience leading SAP S/4HANA testing programs.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis test automation solutions.
• Deep knowledge of functional, integration and regression testing methodologies.
• Strong defect management, reporting and quality governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to identify risks, assess readiness and provide quality recommendations to senior leaders.
