The Associate Customer Specialist role supports the Canadian Training & Education organization by managing contract administration, payment processing, customer operations, and compliance-related activities involving Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). This position plays a critical role in ensuring contracts and payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies while collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners across the organization
This is a remote position based in Bogotá, Colombia, supporting stakeholders across Canada. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

·        Receive and process requests to create contract records

·        Partner with Legal on the creation and administration of Canadian Healthcare Professional consulting agreements and related contracts

·        Process invoices, payment requests, and other billing requirements

·        Perform audits and reviews of incoming requests and supporting documentation

·        Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, and Training & Education teams to ensure timely execution of requests

·        Communicate with internal stakeholders and Canadian Healthcare Professionals via email, phone, and business systems

·        Maintain departmental policies, procedures, and documentation

·        Gather, track, verify, and manage information from multiple sources to support operational activities

·        Support process improvements and workflow enhancements

·        Participate in special projects and business initiatives as assigned

 

Required Knowledge and Experience:

 

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience

·        Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting contracts, contract administration, contract processing, or contract-related activities

·        Experience working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

·        Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

·        Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal

 

 

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

·        Experience supporting Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagements or customer-facing healthcare operations

·        Experience in contract administration, payment processing, invoice management, or compliance-related activities

·        Experience working in the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries

·        Reporting, analytics, or data management experience

·        Experience supporting cross-functional projects or process improvement initiatives

·        Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise systems

·        Customer service experience supporting internal or external stakeholders.

·        French language proficiency
