## What will your job look like?

Perform end-to-end OSP engineering activities for fiber network projects in accordance with customer requirements, engineering standards, and project guidelines.

Design and draft fiber networks while identifying the optimal network route through feasibility analysis.

Work within customer systems and engineering platforms to develop cost-effective network designs for construction teams.

Plan the placement and routing of fiber/copper cables, including aerial deployment on poles and underground cable placement, based on construction requirements.

Produce high-quality engineering deliverables with a focus on minimizing rework and multiple quality-check cycles.Identify and proactively raise project-related queries, concerns, dependencies, and design challenges.

Support timely delivery of client submittals, ensuring adherence to defined quality and project timelines.Incorporate constructive feedback from Quality Control teams and Leads to continuously improve design quality, accuracy, and productivity.Manage assigned activities within established timelines and adapt effectively to changing project priorities and business requirements.Work collaboratively across different projects and teams based on organizational requirements.Contribute toward automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.

## All you need is...

Mandatory Skills:

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Fiber Network Design Engineering. Bachelor Degree
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following scopes: Aramis, IQGeo / IQGO, Permit systems, Network tools, Quality Control tools, AutoCAD , TCP
• Experience with AT&T fiber/network projects is preferred.
• Experience working on projects for Ziply, Lumen, or Google Fiber would be an added advantages

## Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of OSP and fiber network design principles.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber network planning.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical engineering designs.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
